3 TIPS TO HAVE A BETTER MORNING
#1 Wake up early and take a walk. Mad early - the energy is different then. You can use an app like Nike Run or FitBit to track your progress - I suggest that you track everything it’s easy now. Break a sweat. I have some of my best mental downloads during this time and I also come up with some of my best ideas. I promote the walk.
#2 Get some sunlight. Not like the IKEA light in your crib but get some sunlight from the sky. Your body and your mind will thank you.
#3 Do NOT drink coffee….immediately - wait at least 60-90 minutes before intaking any caffeine. Drink a water b.
